Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling
• Customers can request to reschedule the service at least 12 hours before the original appointment time. For that please contact Gas on Republic Customer Service at info@gasonrepublic.com

Service Charges
• Service charges are based on the type of service requested and will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
• Additional charges may apply for emergency services or after-hours appointments.

Payment
• Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and EFT payments.

Access to Appliance
• The customer must provide clear access to the gas appliances for the service technician.
• Ensure that pets are secured during the service appointment.

Liability
• Gas on Republic is not liable for any damages to the appliance that are unrelated to the service provided.
